Jeni Bahr

Jeni Bahr serves as Chief Financial Officer at CyberGuard Advantage, where she leads financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, and treasury, and partners closely with executive leadership and private equity sponsors to drive growth, transformation, and long-term enterprise value. With more than 20 years of experience as a strategic finance leader, Jeni plays a critical role in platform integration, strengthening operational execution, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Over the past 15 years, Jeni has held senior finance roles within tech-enabled companies across multiple industries, including five years at NetSPI. She has guided organizations through rapid scale, international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and complex integrations. Known for her disciplined yet entrepreneurial approach, Jeni combines financial rigor with strategic vision to help businesses operate more efficiently and scale sustainably. She holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Olaf College, an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business, and is an active Certified Public Accountant in Minnesota.
