David Picotte is the Director of Digital Innovation at CyberGuard Advantage, where he leads the Digital and IT teams and oversees the firm’s custom-developed platform, secure operations, IT tooling, and automation architecture. With more than 20 years of experience in information security, David guides development teams in building and operating secure, scalable platforms that support efficient service delivery and business automation.
David brings deep industry experience across PCI DSS architecture consulting for retailers of all sizes, custom security and compliance solutions, and both on-premises and cloud-native infrastructure deployments. His background spans solution design, platform delivery, and operational execution, enabling him to drive CyberGuard Advantage’s automation strategy with a practical, outcomes-focused approach. David holds multiple industry certifications, including CISSP, PCI QSA, ISO Lead Auditor, and Certified Scrum Master, and has previously held PCI ASV and several GIAC certifications.
