Ben Rediboim is the Director of Offensive Security & Incident Response at CyberGuard Advantage, where he leads the strategy, execution, and quality of the firm’s offensive security services and oversees the Incident Response function. With more than a decade of hands-on security experience, Ben directs teams delivering penetration testing, application security, social engineering, and advanced adversary simulations across complex enterprise environments.
In his role, Ben emphasizes realistic attack modeling, consistent methodology, and outcomes that drive measurable risk reduction. He ensures engagements align with industry standards such as NIST SP 800-115 and OWASP, translating technical findings into clear, actionable remediation guidance for executive and technical stakeholders alike. Ben also leads incident readiness and response efforts, building repeatable processes, strengthening playbooks, and driving post-incident lessons learned to continuously improve client security programs. He holds advanced certifications including OSCP, CRTE, and CARTP.
